If your website breaks or is hacked, we’ll fix it at no extra cost. We understand website downtime is not ideal for anyone. That’s why if your website does run into any issues, our team will be on hand to help. Think of it as ‘website insurance’.

We’ll regularly test your forms, emails and order notifications using a premium SMTP setup (worth over $47/month). We understand that for all of our clients, online leads can be crucial for their business. We make sure the website is functioning as it should and delivering those all-important emails to you, and your customers.

Plugins can make or break a website. Just like your mobile, the manufacturer is always releasing software updates to improve security. The same goes for your website. We’ll make sure all the plugins are up to date and that when the update is applied it hasn’t created issues or breakages. Websites can sometimes require a lot of plugins to function properly and they soon add up when it comes to purchasing plugin licences. We know this can be quite daunting so we’ll happily include all of our Core Plugin* licences in our Website Care Plan (worth well over $3000/year).
Perfect Hosts
We host many websites on our safe and secure servers. Whilst you’re free to select your own hosting company, we can handle the setup and hosting process at our end at no extra cost. Our hosting company uses 100% green energy, is AU based and one of the safest and fastest hosting company in the Australia.
Website Security
Ensuring your website is secure is incredibly important. With attacks on websites increasing year on year, it has become a necessity to keep your website up to date. We’ll update your themes and plugins regularly and implement the best in security and hosting to stop attacks before they happen.

Having an undo button is like having a safety net. You’ve tried to change something on the website and suddenly all your daily orders have vanished. You find yourself internally (or externally) screaming. Accidents happen. But we know that. That’s why having the fallback of a website backup means if anything does go wrong, we can quite easily revert your website to a recent backup we created. Panic over!
Taking care of you and your website
In our care plan, we also include 3 hours of ad-hoc time for you to use however you want. These would otherwise be charged at our normal hourly rate of $90/hour. How much do the Website Care Plans cost?
Our cost for the Website Care Package is just $179 per month. $150 a month for an annual plan.
However, the potential costs for your company could be exponential when it comes to website downtime, loss of leads or even being hacked. It’s hard to put a price on what exactly you could be faced with. Whilst some of our clients could pay $2000 to rectify issues, many could potentially be looking at upwards of $20,000+ lost in damages.
