The Brief

Sticky revolutionises the way in which organisations interact with physical spaces. The website is one of the core means in which organisations can engage with Sticky and learn more about their services. However, their website failed to convey the true potential of Sticky’s service capabilities which negatively impacted the user experience and website conversions.

Our Response

Our aim was to design and develop a brand new, bespoke digital solution that better promotes Sticky’s services and amplifies their brand in view of optimising the online user experience.

In designing Sticky’s new website, we started with the target audience and what drives their purchasing decisions. We identified what potential clients deemed as essential when in deliberation and research-mode. We analysed popular use-cases of the Sticky solution which aided our understanding of the widely varied target demographic. We then focused on UX optimisation; assessing the user journey and providing users with as much relevant industry and service information as possible whilst building the Sticky brand.

The digital transformation project included the design and development of a brand new, bespoke website with technical Search Engine Optimisation, throughout the build, to maximise search engine indexability and drive new client enquiries, and ongoing website maintenance which includes hosting, website updates, protection against cyber threats and more.
