Viamaster Training is a well-established provider of specialist logistics, transport, and health & safety training solutions in Castleford, West Yorkshire. A subsidiary organisation of the Viamaster Group, they are market leaders in their field; possessing a wealth of specialist training experience.

The Brief

Viamaster Training assists ambitious individuals in their pursuit of a career in specialist transport and logistics solutions through comprehensive training programs.

The website is one of the main hubs where individuals can learn more about Viamaster Training’s courses prior to enquiry. However, their website was outdated and difficult to navigate which negatively impacted the user experience and website conversions. Therefore, as it failed to present Viamaster Training as a modern and professional organisation, they wanted to rebuild their website.

Viamaster Training then invited Unbranded Digital to design and develop a bespoke digital solution in view of improving the user experience.

Our Response

We aimed to design and develop a brand new, bespoke website that amplifies the Viamaster Training brand, optimises the user experience and encourages individuals to enquire.

Starting with the customer, we identified what potential course candidates deemed as most important when in deliberation. In addition, our analysis traced the user journey right back to the point of deliberating the viability of a career in specialist transport/logistics solutions; optimising the user journey and providing users with as much relevant industry and career information as possible; simultaneously building the brand.

The digital transformation project included the design and development of a brand new, bespoke website, a targeted search engine optimisation (SEO) campaign designed to drive relevant user traffic and generate good quality enquiries, and ongoing website maintenance which includes hosting, website updates, protection against cyber threats and more.
