The Brief

DB Bookbinders is a Bookbinding business in Melbourne Australia providing Thesis Binding to local University students and other book binding and restoration services to the community. They were operating on a basic jot form for collecting Thesis orders for quotation a slow method of manually reviewing every form submission and then doing hours of calculations for a quote that may not even be accepted. After diving deep into Jeremy’s business we discovered a ton of valuable time was being lost with this inefficient process.

Our Response

We proposed a new Thesis form which would collect all the data needed for Jeremy to process an order as well as calculate cost on the fly. As well as redesigning key parts of Jeremy website pages and lead generation funnel. One surprise area for our team was installing a friendly chatbot on Jeremy’s website enticing visitors to ask him questions around bookbinding and thesis binding. This greatly increased Jeremy’s customer support as well as incoming leads through organic and paid search. Full Google Analytics and Search Console setup were put in place so Jeremy can monitor where to spend marketing dollars on services like Paid Advertising and SEO Management.

The Results

Jeremy has now processed over 50k AUD through the website paid in full in thesis orders as well as automating his invoicing for this all electronically saving Jeremy even more time he can now better spend actually producing his works of art.
