Here’s a step-by-step look at the process we follow to design, build, and launch your Shopify website:

Shopify Research and Scoping

We begin with in-depth keyword research, a comprehensive audit of your current Shopify website, and the development of a sitemap. This is complemented by industry-specific and competitor research to inform a strategy tailored to your goals and market.

Discovery Phase

During this step, we’ll have a 30-60 minute discovery meeting with you to dive deeper into your Shopify project brief and goals. We’ll also carry out in-depth keyword research and work with you to finalise the site structure outlined in the proposal.

Shopify Research and Homepage Design

In this phase, our design team will research and select options that best suit your brand and goals. Based on these, we’ll design a custom homepage concept for your future Shopify website, giving you a clear visual direction and the opportunity to choose the overall look and feel.

All Pages Design and Feedback

The design team will work on designing all the pages of your future Shopify website. Once ready for feedback, we will share a link with you so you can comment on the design.

Coding and Content Writing

During this phase, we will be busy preparing the website on a Shopify staging URL, writing content, and setting up the payment process and apps where necessary. The content team will be in touch if they need more information, and for you to review what is being produced.

Importing and Optimisation of Shopify

Our team will import all products and content onto the new Shopify site, making adjustments where needed. We’ll also optimise all SEO titles to ensure your site is fully SEO-ready at launch.

Final Feedback Session

We’ll hold a final feedback session with you on the Shopify staging site, giving you the chance to review everything and request any final adjustments before the website goes live.

Shopify Final Checks

During this step, we will work on the finishing touches and last changes on the website. We will also prepare the site for launch and redirects if there is an existing website.

Launching your Shopify Site

We’ll launch your Shopify website with minimal disruption, setting up SSL, cookie consent, and configuring Google Analytics and Search Console for tracking. 30 days post-launch, you’ll receive an SEO report showcasing the positive impact of your new site.
