Revitalising RTSs’ Website for Growth and Client Conversion

The Brief

Ripple Technology Solutions is a team of IT Support specialists operating out of Bradford, West Yorkshire.

They were looking for a new website that better reflects where they are today and their services; with the ability to convert website visitors into new client enquiries. The new website needed to affirm their position as a leading supplier of specialist IT solutions for SMEs, nationwide, as their previous website was outdated and failed to properly convey their growth as a business.

Ripple Technology Solutions invited Unbranded Digital to perform an initial audit of their website, identify areas for improvement and develop a digital solution that transforms the way in which online users engage with the website and perceive the business.

Our aim was to design and develop a brand new bespoke website that delivers for Ripple Technology Solutions’ clients. It was crucial that we developed a digital solution that not only conveys Ripple Technology Solutions unique selling points, but a solution that persuades online users to enquire for their services; maximising conversion rate optimisation.

Whilst the website’s ability to convert users into enquiries was a key component of their digital transformation, we equally prioritised the new website’s ability to rank in Google’s search engine results page; building a solid foundation for future digital initiatives such as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and minimising their customer acquisition cost in the long term.

In developing a tailored digital solution, it was also very important that we brought their unique brand to life through the new website. As well as using effective illustrations, we enhanced the brightness of their unique brand colours as well as using innovative font choices; utilising the expertise of our in-house team of web designers.
