Next, we’ll have a discovery call to go over your project in more detail. We’ll discuss your goals, your audience, and what you need the site to do. We’ll also finalise the sitemap and deeper keyword research to make sure we’re heading in the right direction.
WordPress Homepage Design and Feedback
The design team will work on designing the Homepage of your future WordPress website, including a mobile version using Sketch. Once ready for feedback, we will share a link with you so you can comment on the design itself.
Full WordPress Site Design and Feedback
Once the homepage is approved, we design the rest of your pages: about, services, blog, product pages, whatever your site needs. You’ll get another opportunity at this stage to review and give feedback before we start building.
WordPress Build and Content Writing
Now we roll up our sleeves and get to work behind the scenes. We’ll be coding the WordPress site on a private staging link and writing any agreed-upon content. You might not hear from us as often during this stage, but we’ll check in if we need anything and make sure you’re happy with the content before it goes live.
Content Import and SEO Setup for WordPress
We’ll bring all your content into the new WordPress site, polish it up where needed, and make sure everything is SEO-ready. This includes titles, meta descriptions, URLs, and internal links. The goal is to ensure a smooth launch and a site that Google loves right from the start.
Final WordPress Review
You’ll get full access to the WordPress staging site for one last look. This is your chance to flag any final tweaks before we prepare for launch.
WordPress Final Checks
We’ll handle all the final details, testing forms, setting up redirects if needed, checking WordPress site speed, and running through our pre-launch checklist. Everything is prepped to make the launch as smooth as possible.
Launching Your WordPress Website
We’ll launch your WordPress site smoothly on our eco-friendly hosting and set up your Care Plan, covering SSL, cookie consent, email delivery, caching, security, and ongoing maintenance. You’ll also get access to your client portal for updates, support, and monthly reports.
30-Day SEO Check-In
A month after launch, we’ll send you an SEO snapshot to show how your new WordPress site is performing, and to highlight the positive impact your fresh design and structure have made.
